We are currently recruiting for the following positions, however if you have a background in the areas of therapeutic ultrasound or other related technologies, we invite you to contact us to discuss other upcoming positions.
 

Marketing Communications Manager
Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, you will create, implement and oversee communications programs to effectively describe and promote OmniSonics and our products. You will drive communications strategy and implementation for trade shows, direct marketing, advertising, public relations, website, sales collateral, including product branding. Maximize the sales cycle via marketing materials and programs, physician endorsement efforts and executing corporate marketing initiatives. Manage logistics for trade shows, create trade show graphics and sponsorship materials, issue press releases for new product introductions and industry announcements. Other responsibilities include managing sales meeting and customer events, maintaining the corporate website, writing and updating sales and marketing materials, maintaining systems and processes for the marketing communications function.

BS degree in English/communications, journalism, marketing with a proven track record of at least 7-10 years in marketing communications, ideally within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry. Masters degree a plus.

Research Associate
Assistance in conducting pre-clinical and clinical studies at OmniSonics and at Boston teaching hospitals;
Preparation of research protocols;
Data collection and interpretation of results for pre-clinical and clinical research programs;
Assistance in preparation of manuscripts;
Library research and maintaining research database;
Marketing research, surveys and marketing data collection;
Assistance in preparation of marketing materials.

B.A. or B.S. degree in biological or physical sciences.

Senior Quality Engineer
- Responsible for assuring robust quality planning in order to ensure high reliability and safety of all products and the minimization of such hazards in achieving full customer satisfaction.
- Provide for suitable application of engineering and statistical technologies, in the area of new product development and routine manufacturing with primary focus upon electrical engineering. Fulfill other assigned projects as necessary.

BS in electrical engineering or equivalent desired. 5-7 years related work experience. Excellent understanding of quality systems regulation (QSr), ISO 9001/13485, Medical Device Directive, applicable UL, IEC and IPC standards, etc. Experience in medical product development preferred.
 

Test Engineer
Design and develop measurement systems to characterize the performance of therapeutic, intravascular ultrasound devices;
Work with Mechanical Design Engineers to develop and validate bench-top test systems.
